Plockton was the mythical home of the Highland Policeman 'Hamish Macbeth', one of the most popular television series of the 90's. Come and see  the scenes made famous in the shows, when Plockton became Loch Dubh, and the adventures of the local 'bobby',  and his wee 'Jock' have amused audiences all over the world.

During the peak summer months the 'Sula Mhor' operates evening music cruises that are fast becoming the place to be on a week-day night! And now the Sula Mhor is licensed for wedding ceremonies,  give us a call or see the web-page for further information. Anda again for 2012 will be evening fishing cruises on the 'Sula Mhor', what better way to enjoy a relaxing, yet  rewarding voyage to catch the one that couldn't get away. 

And whilst you are in Plockton don't forget to visit ' Hidden Treasures', the gift shop on the waterfront, for that special memory of your visit to the 'jewel of the Highlands'.
